Very helpful when I was looking for a book before Christmas. They didn't have it in the store but I asked if they would call the Shawnessy location. I was suprized they would considering how busy everyone is with Christmas, and not having as much time to help customers as easily. They were not upset or annoyed that I asked this of them.
