TERRIBLE experience! We've had parties at lots of places, and this one is by far the worst! It's run by teenagers who's professionalism lacks, due to inexperience, which is understandable at their young age. However management is the worst, they lack every quality you'd expect from a manager, even on a manager's worst day.
Take your children to play however do not have any high/reasonable/normal expectations when it comes to staff interaction. Do NOT expect waitresses to come to your table, you'll wait a LONG time. You must go to the back area behind the kids play area, that's where they stand and talk. Go find them the second your ready or you'll wait forever. Do NOT expect refills for your children, again not going to happen. We requested refills for 6 kids and didn't even get 1, or boxes, etc... As an added bonus of info, nothing to do w/the staff at this place...If you have older kids around 8-10 tell them in advance they have to be 5ft tall to do the ninja warrior course, that's just to prepare yourself for your kid to tell you "it's unfair" over and over lol...I will not return here for any reason, you'll find several comments under their rating, that you may want to read before having an event there.
