I have never had such a horrible customer service experience as I just had!
While my husband and I were driving home, we had a tow truck hauling a Yaught turn left right in front of us. We had to come to complete stop and just missed hitting the yaught. When I called the tow truck service. The driver proceeded to call us the "assholes" and told us it would have been prevented had we slowed down...
Do not use 'Purcy's Yaught Service' based out of Cobourg. If the driver cannot own up to his driving error, and call people assholes when they call to complain about a driver, they should not be in business...
