Go anywhere else but here. Have a atv that ran well, but had a small leak at carb. Got it back with same issue but larger leak at carb for $750. Returned same day and was then called to inform me it would be an additional $200 for the part that was the original issue. Picked up for second time and didn't even get home before it was bogging out and back firing before it would catch again. Returned again and "Tech" tells me he cant get it to do it, service tells me to run some fuel through and see over weekend, bogs and back fires all the way home. Same issue after I run fuel through it, call and then told it is my fault it's bad gas, and they will charge me again to fix the issue. Owner won't return my call. Now I have a leaky carb, non running atv that I have since found a new leak at fuel filter and carb that wasn't tightened properly and will have to pay to have someone fix the bogging issue .

We previously purchased a bass boat K-Sports Marine a couple years ago without issue. Was extremely satisfied. This summer we purchased a used boat from a private sale in Kenora. Considering we use these boats for our fishing lodge we decided to have the diagnostic done at their business before we were comfortable making this deal. The private seller agreed. Paid to have it done. My husband attended and was given the diagnostic. He spoke with the manager and mechanic in the service. They recommended the purchase and said the motor had only overheated once. We drove 15 hours home to use the boat less then 8 hours and had issues. After attending 2 different shops we decided to drive it 8 hours to a company that specializes in the motors. After running the diagnostic the service manager explained that motor was basically shot! It had over heated 81 times prior to us having it. That the original diagnostic showed it but was not disclosed. That we are now looking at a replacement of the top end that could run from 13k to 27k. We contacted K-sports explained it all and have this far been deflected in them taking any responsibility. We own a fishing lodge. we are not mechanics. We would never have purchased this boat without the approval and recommendation of their service department. They have indirectly suggested the responsibility lies with the private seller. I do not believe this. He did what we asked. He was not a mechanic. He took it in to their service department and paid for the full diagnostic. So the service department either was not qualified to read the diagnostic or simply didn't care.
