Not even sure where to begin? I did not even want to give it one star but if you don't pick a star you cannot post your review. Anyways, I just moved to the neighborhood and so I am a new player. I found at this bingo I felt bullied, they play favorites for card selling and Nevada tickets and so not fair to new players. What was worse was when I went to speak to the manager about what happened, he was rude and cautioned me about writing a review but I am still writing one anyways.
They sell Nevada balls tickets just like all the other bingos except the sell them differently and unfairly. At other bingos you are not allowed to bud in line or pass your tickets to someone in front of the line but at this bingo it doesn't matter. When I asked the lady who sold the tickets if they had the same rule that other bingos had....curious as I am new there.. to my surprise she replied quite rudely to me. She seemed very defensive and she said to me that anyone can pass their tickets up front that they had no rule. So I told her it really wasn't fair ...then some player sitting beside me who's name I won't mention interrupted my conversation and was giving me heck. She raised her voice, went on to say she did not need to hear this "crap" as she hears it all day at work. I said to her that I was not even talking to her that she was the one who cut into my conversation with the ticket seller. I was talking normally and with curiosity... Just asking a question. But they got defensive, rude, raised their voices. Another player told me I should go home. Another, told me it was none of my business and what did it matter to me? I felt unwelcomed and bullied. So I went to speak with the manager and that was a big mistake as well. This was May 3 at the 10pm bingo.
In addition the place is very dirty, especially the women's bathroom...disgusting actually! So in conclusion, I feel like they are a tight group that will gang up on you if they don't like what you say, some staff supported their behavior and so I felt bullied by a gang. I will never go back!

More expensive and less prize money then other halls. Balls are sold first to the customers that buy large amounts. Runner Mike, always walks around and makes sure we get what we need. I find he is treated unfairly by most of the staff, including callers and managers. Be kind and appreciate a good worker.

I will not play at this bingo hall again. Some of the staff is ignorant, rude and very unprofessional in the area of customer service. Most of the people who belong with the charities are friendly, courteous and polite. It is too bad that some of their staff are rude enough to make the other positive people look bad as well.

i like the staff, the food is kinda greasy but the games themselves kinda suck, only 100, for a line, worse only 140. for 2 lines, would be decent if winners each got that amount instead of having to share a measly $100. with 3 or more others, everyone winning should receive the whole monetary value- $100, is not much, most people pay that to play.
another bingo hall in the area would quickly put them out of business.

It is not quite up front..when the woman selling the balls on Monday and Tuesday(Nancy) stands up at the front for sometimes up to 1 hr hand delivering 40 to 60 ball tickets at a time to the front row (2) women until they have enough ball tickets(I guess) then she finally proceeds around the hall. Needless to say limited number of ball tickets left for anyone else. She should be going around the hall immediately to give everyone a chance!

In this bingo hall people are not treated equally. RULES ARE if you card is not dabbed when you call bingo the next number gets called. I have seen situations where some frequent players do not have their card dabbed and the caller waits and dilly dallies around to but them time. Callers need to be fair and move on to the next number ... if you have a hard time finding your cards don't buy so many books. Also when floor workers make financial errors it is always the players fault and never the worker. You need to train your workers better. I once had a worker come to me during a bio game and accuse me of not paying for my books. She did this I suppose because she had not balanced and needed to try to pick on someone and maybe I had a target on my back that day. Of course I paid for my books how else could I have gotten them.

i think the games are too expensive and the prizes too small. the food is gross and greasy, most of the staff are great, especially ellie. they should have more one line, two lines. and more games instead of the quickies and such a long intermission.

much preferred when they were selling the books for the three special games. The replacement games for the ones they took out are too expensive and too long. Red white & blue game is only sold in champion format. That sucks. They actually lose money from me and my friends because we don't buy either of those games where we would buy a book of 2 for the specials in the other format. An extra one/two line game would be good even if the pay- out had to be lessened a bit on the other games. People are looking for chances to win. The more the better.
Staff is pretty good - if they would just stop bickering about each other and complaining about each other.

food - when linda or shawn are cooking - is excellent. I refuse to eat anything Dan touches. He is dirty and rude.
Time for him to retire.

Things are much quieter and seem more relaxed since Lynn and Gord are gone. Finally.
lastly, listen to your runners and to your customers BEFORE making changes to the programs. We are the ones that can give you helpful advice. Treat us with respect instead of children and dollar signs.

The speedball game is painfull and doesn't pay very well because no one likes it.
But this hall has some very good prizes.

This hall gives a lot back to their customers and their community. They are the only hall that does a complimentary seniors bingo with christmas carolling, and the best turkey and dressing. We have been going to their New Years eve bash for years - excellently done and well organized. A fun clean and relaxing place to play bingo

My comment is for a caller by the name of Drew who does a exceptional job as a caller. He speaks very clearly and losing is a little bit easier (well...not really,jj) but he's for sure not hard on the eyes ;)))))

P.S I am a WOMEN!!!!!! Don't let mad dog fool you ;)

The people that work there win too much, There should be a plan for the games and it should be fair to everyone. The balls winners number should be shown on screen and clearly beside the number picked.Over all the Bingo is pretty well run .

A great place to play bingo. Staff are polite and friendly. Price is OK but you do get a lot of cards for your money. The canteen has the best food around and is always fresh. We look forward to meeting our friends at the bingohall a couple times a week. Try it, I know you will like it.
