Owner Mr. Nora Santhoeurn went to college but realized he didn't want to work in an office environment. He preferred the outdoors and interacting with people and had a love of landscaping work. This lead to working for various landscaping companies and eventually established his own company, Rising Sun Landscaping & Maintenance to have more control about quality and customer service.
