I'd give a lower rating if possible. For an establishment that advertises itself as a pool hall, there isn't one table which has had a replacement of the felt on the playing surface in probably 10 years. You are essentially playing on bare slate, with a micro thin layer of cloth, instead of the actual felt you should have.
Add to this that apparently only one employee knows how to run the meter for the tables, and you end up with a long wait to start using your table, and a long wait when you need to leave. Substandard at best.
