Zero stars! Dropped off a varsity jacket with 6 patches to be put on along with name/ year. After a week, called to check. Said they're working on it should be done next day. Another week went by no call. Went to pick up, they did NOTHING, not even the name and year! Told me they could have it done in ANOTHER 3 days?? Asked for my box of stuff. Checked the box, a patch was missing. Tried to blame me. Well they did find it. Confused why it was missing from the box, bc all they did was leave it on the owners desk for OVER TWO WEEKS!! No service, horrible!
