Very grateful for the service and units here! Lost my dad and had some precious items that I needed a place to store for a year. The cost is premium but it is worth every penny. The units are very clean & I felt at ease knowing that everything would be safe. Every single person that I have dealt with over the phone or in person has been extremely kind and accommodating. Would recommend them in a heartbeat ❤️ thanks for everything.

Excellent storage facility. The units are very clean, I like having 24 hour access, and the staff are friendly. Kristen was helpful in getting all the paperwork taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I wasn't going to leave more than my rate but since you asked for it:
My disappointment with your unwillingness to accomodate my needs is expressed in my one star rating of your business.

It's mind boggling to me that even after I recommended your place to my roommate and brought in more business to your company, you still showed me no appreciation.
All I wanted was to swap one week in a 10x20 for one week in a 10x10, that's half the size! The smaller unit was already vacant and on hold for me. There were ZERO reasons why this couldn't be done.
You would even get the bigger unit released one week earlier letting you put it back on the market with no extra cost.
I didn't ask for any type of refund, just the willingness to work with me.

Now, instead of a happy & satisfied customer you have someone who will share her unfortunate experience to all who ask.

I have already scheduled the cancellation of my unit and am moving my business to your competition.

Make sure you tell your representatives at the front desk that when they make a customer feel unwelcome, they leave and take their business elsewhere.

Great storage centre! Very clean units, with friendly staff (especially Maddy) if you have any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend so far!

Needed a place to store items while transitioning homes, chose UltraStor because of the great reviews and was not disappointed.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. As well my neighbour's are always pleasant to bump into while at the immaculate facility.

The temperature controlled units are outstanding for someone as myself. This allows me to keep a variety of delicate projects in the unit through the winter with no complaints.
