I had a front wheel made by them and disc brake installed. They also tuned up my bike many times with no problems. They also have great prices for the work they do.
I took my bike into Chain Chain Chain 2 months ago for a tune up. They said they would contact me about any extra parts. When I got back, they had replaced a bunch of things that didn't need replacing and my bill was $150. Since then, I have had to have the front and real derailleurs adjusted and they put one of the tubes in so the valve was rubbing causing a flat.
