We recently had a large section of our roof redone and, after getting several quotes, decided to go with Mega City Roofing. We have absolutely no regrets about that decision.

We decided to use Mega City Roofing for a complete roof replacement and glad we did. From the very start Tom was very professional and took the time to explain everything. The day of the installation his crew did a great job and I was particularly pleased with their attention to detail in protecting the gardens and after they left I couldn't find any garbage or debris. This past Saturday (May 23) storm was crazy. Woke up Sunday morning with minor water damage on the living room ceiling. First thought on no how much damage was done during the storm. Did a Google search and came across Mega City Roofing open (on a Sunday). Called right way and was connected with Tom. Explained my situation and he asked for pictures of my lower roof and ceiling. Booked an appointment next day and came out. Good news water damage is minor and no structural damage. Tom found a hole in our flashing caulked it and caulked all around the flashing. Price was what he quoted for minor repairs. He was professional, quick and I felt calm right away with his assessment and workmanship. I would definitely recommend Mega City Roofing and will call again for any roofing needs!!

We recently had our skylight and roof replaced by Tom’s team. Tom was recommended to us by a friend who had great experience 10 years ago. When I knew that he’s still in business and going strong, I knew it was a good sign. Tom was great at communication from the first call to the end. Tom did our home roofing, and I honestly can't recommend him enough. Finding a contractor you can actually trust is usually a nightmare, but Tom was professional and straightforward from the very first quote.
​He was honest about the pricing—no "hidden surprises" later on—and the whole process was just really smooth. The work itself is solid, top notch and you can tell he knows what he's doing.You can tell they take pride in what they do. The roof looks fantastic and the attention to detail is evident.

​Also, a quick shout-out to the crew for the cleanup. I’m pretty sure my driveway actually looks cleaner now than it did before they showed up; I think they might have swept up more than just the roofing scraps! We had an amazing experience with Mega City Roofing. Tom, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.
After the rough winter we just experienced, we started having issues with ice damming on our roof. Tom came out quickly, assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was happening and why the ice dams were forming. He was transparent as he walked us through the problem and he clearly outlined all the possible solutions and which one would be the most long term to ensure our property experienced no more leaks.
One of the most helpful parts of the inspection was that he used a drone camera to show us the damage on the roof. Being able to actually see the problem areas made it much easier to understand what needed to be fixed and why especially as first time home owners.

I had a bad water leak during the winter due to the weather fluctuation. My home insurance preferred contractors did not know what they were doing. We asked them to leave. I tried calling many roofers and they told me they cannot attend to my needs due to the weather. I found Megacity roofing and spoke with Tom. He came twice to complete the repair, he was very personable and explained everything in detail. He did a large amount of repair work at a reasonable price. He is also certified, which is why I decided to call him. He showed me everything he did and treated my home like his own.

There was a lot of incorrect roof work done on my home from the previous owner. My family truly appreciates the help. We will definitely have Tom and his team redo my roof which is need of a replacement.

Tom is very prompt in responding and I am happy with his work. I wanted a preventive maintenace of my roof to get it winter ready (i.e. re-caulking vents and cracks). Tom came out right away to provide me an estimate. I appreciated that he came out and did a physical inspection by walking around the roof. I prefer this type of estimate instead of a google map inspection. Tom was very personable. We agreed on a price and 5 days after I moved the 7 member team arrived on time and completed 3 1/2 hours on my new roof. It was clear each team member had a different role in completing a different aspect of installing my roof. The guys were great. The clean up was perfection. Tom and his team were awesome, I had originally acquired his services during the winter of 2023 when I had a leak and he was very accommodating in winter to fix the roof. In June 2025 I called him up again to assess the remainder of the roof and they completed the work professionally and ensured my neighbours property was safe and clean.
