Tom is very prompt in responding and I am happy with his work. I wanted a preventive maintenace of my roof to get it winter ready (i.e. re-caulking vents and cracks). He showed up quickly next day and did a great job of explaining what he did and took some before and after pictures of the repair job. The price was fair and his communication was excellent. He seemed honest with his business. I recommend this company.
We’ve been with Mega City Roof for almost a decade now, and they’ve handled both our full roof replacement and ongoing maintenance. Every single time, the quality of their work has been excellent and they’ve always stood behind it with a guarantee. It’s rare to find this kind of consistency over so many years. Tom gave me a very reasonable quote for a fascia replacement and fixed it 3 days later. He was pleasant, professional, and did a wonderful job. He also checked to make sure my roof was in good condition, at no additional cost. I will definitely call Tom and the Mega City Roofing team again for all our future roofing needs!
Tom came out right away to provide me an estimate. I appreciated that he came out and did a physical inspection by walking around the roof. I prefer this type of estimate instead of a google map inspection. Tom was very personable. We agreed on a price and 5 days after I moved the 7 member team arrived on time and completed 3 1/2 hours on my new roof. It was clear each team member had a different role in completing a different aspect of installing my roof. The guys were great. The clean up was perfection. I highly recommend Mega City Roofing.Tom and his team were excellent.
Tom and his team were awesome, I had originally acquired his services during the winter of 2023 when I had a leak and he was very accommodating in winter to fix the roof. In June 2025 I called him up again to assess the remainder of the roof and they completed the work professionally and ensured my neighbours property was safe and clean. Awesome job, highly recommended. Thank you Tom, I have a greater peace of mind!
