Dr. Halloran earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. Dr. Halloran completed his general surgery residency and cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. Dr. Halloran has been part of the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff since 1996. He is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the American College of Cardiology, the American Association of Thoracic Surgery, the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Medical Association.
