The Beer Store, Kitchener Reviews (1)
THIS LOCATION SUCKS
On a regular basis I use the beer store on Bleams Rd in Kitchener. However this location is closed for the week so I was forced to venture over to Highland Rd. I have never heard anything good about this place and have had a couple bad experiences in the past. Today was no different with this establishment. I have had it with the employees at this location. Whenever you return empties they ALWAYS rip people off, they are rude, cold, short tempered and no personality. You will NEVER get a friendly smile and a warm welcome here. Bleams Rd on the other hand is FANTASTIC! They are polite and friendly. They offer to help you to the car with your purchase, they don't bark and demand that you separate your empties and count your cans. The way they treat their customers is an A++++ in my books. AVOID HIGHLAND RD BEER STORE unless you appreciate crap service for your hard earned money. The Beer Store needs to hire secret shoppers and evaluate the employees at this location themselves. I believe they would be appalled. (Giving a star rating is mandatory. They don't even deserve the half star that I have to put)
