Up until today, we experienced nothing but great service from Purewater. On April 25th of this year, they re-opened our pool, which included replacing the pool's 2 light bulbs. Since that time, there were only a maximum of 2 occasions that we turned the lights on in the pool, the 2nd time, just last week, we noticed one of the lights had burnt out. Upon calling yesterday (no return call) and then again today and got through to the manager of the service dept, asked to have Purewater look after replacing it. We were advised, light bulbs were only guaranteed for 30 days and they had no way of knowing what caused the light bulb to blow. Clearly, neither did we but the last 2 lasted for 5 years. They agreed to come and have a look for their usual service fee of over $100 but offered to reduce that to $99 - we think most will agree that this hardly seems reasonable for a bulb that cost approx. $39 that had only been turned on twice! When asked by us if they were prepared to lose our business over this matter, the manager simply expressed that she was sorry we felt this way but were quite prepared to take us off their client list. DONE AND DONE! IF THAT'S ALL OUR BUSINESS HAS BEEN WORTH TO THEM THE PAST 6 YEARS!! Very disappointed that this is how they treat their loyal customers! WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK!! - PLEASE KNOW PUREWATER, THERE ARE ALWAYS OTHER CHOICES! HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH YOURS!! The Macdonald's of Ottawa ps - We sure hope the owner knows how his customers are being treated!

Purewater came to my home to do a home inspection for a potential buyer. As part of the inspection, they did a pressure test. The next day our pool heater would not work. We contacted a heating company to look at our pool heater and they confirmed that the damage had been caused by the pressure test. Purewater refused to take ownership for the damage and would not compensation us for the $400 it cost to repair it. I am extremely disappointed, I would recommend that you not use this company for your pool inspection needs.

We bought our spa through Purewater & Seth, what a fantastic experience. Everything went perfectly. Great product knowledge, very personable and will recommend to all family and friends.

I have been dealing with Purewater for 3 years and have had nothing but "Excellent" service including bookings, in store service, on site service at my home.
Recently I had Purewater out because of a leak following the opening and they came back 3 times to ensure the issue was resolved. Fantastic and would recommend them to anyone.

Jesse came in to see my spa and in about ten mins.. had me a new circut board and got my spa working. It's heating up.... thanks so much for providing me a service staff that had knowledge about his job, confidence and was a nice/understanding guy (seeing that I had to pay 700 bucks to get my tub fixed).

It's all in the individual technician, isn't? One was fabulous - courteous, personable and informative. The other one, not so much. Customer service on the phone is great.

We had been trying to clean up a swampy mess in our pool for weeks and got a lot of really bad and confusing advice from neighbors and friends. The staff at Purewater tested our water for free, and gave us an exact prescription on what to do. IT WORKED! They know their stuff and really seem to care.
