Down Under Bedding & Mattress

I'm looking for natural products that are made in Canada. After doing much research it's one of the few places that had organic latex mattresses. I'm very happy with my purchase has a betting is very comfortable and I don't have to worry about harmful toxins from offshore products.
I would definitely recommend this place. I had previously bought my duvet there from them at least 10 years ago and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Do not buy from this store! The sales staff are rude and unknowledgeable. I have never experienced staff that behave like this. I had bought a down comforter and was told they do not have sales. The next day, I bought a better comforter at a better price from a different company. I returned my comforter to Down Under the next day. I was told there are no refunds for any reason! I told them there were no signs advising of this, and I was told I had to ask. Naturally I was upset and asked to speak to the store manager. It was the store manager who I was already speaking to. I next asked to speak to the owner and was informed he was not in and to call. When I did call at the specified time, I was told by the same store manager he was not in. When I kept calling back, the store no longer answered the phone. After finally leaving a message threatening police and legal action, the store manager agreed to take my comforter back for a refund. When I took the comforter in, she and her other staff member added the final insult by saying they were doing me a favor to take the comforter back because they said I had obviously used the comforter. The comforter packaging had never even been opened as I had bought a new comforter the day after visiting Down Under! Subsequently I see all the ads advertising sales on their comforters. Beware of this store!

If you are buying a mattress ensure you do your research as the sales assistants are not very knowledgeable. Also, if you have to return the mattress you will have to pay a restocking fee and another delivery charge.
