Their consultant Matt Hebert was very professional in sending us prompt e-mail quote (on a Labour Day Monday), and next day we completed the purchase of Bosch washer/dryer combo in store with Matt.
As promised, the delivery took place following Saturday morning, and Cody and his team (Trevor & Paul I believe) did a great job removing our old appliances, setting up the new ones, as well as testing both washer and dryer.
We highly recommend the Caplan's Appliances family store over large chain stores. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, their showroom is impressive to visit as well.
Our appliances are now out of warranty and we had a really negative experience going somewhere else for service. I didn't know where to turn and when I called Caplans's and spoke with Jennifer, she listened and immediately said she would do whatever she could to help.. and she did!!! She took care of everything and made arrangements to send out one of caplans reliable service companies to fix the problem. I was so upset and stressed from the negative experience we had somewhere else and Jennifer was amazing!!! She took care of everything! I am so grateful and appreciative!! I would only ever call Caplans again!
In fact, in all of the years I have been a homeowner (which is close to 20), I have never had better customer care and responsiveness than my experience with Caplans!

We are blown away by the prompt, friendly and efficient service, including by the guys who delivered our appliance. Working with Peter, who helped us choose our Kitchen Aid at the store, was a relaxed, stress-free experience. He took the time to show us an array of ranges, and we never felt any pressure to move beyond our requirements or price range.
Prices are competitive, and with the sale price on the item we chose, we scored. We will definitely buy future appliances there. Interestingly, after our purchase, almost everyone we spoke to had "heard of Caplan's", or knew someone who had had the Caplan's experience.

If you had not called me to check on our appliance purchase and offer to put in a service call, I probably would have lived with a noisy oven for many years. It is my first time owning a convection oven and I really did not know that the fan noise should be minimal.
I have nothing but praise for the service from Caplans – from the moment I parked my car, to choosing my appliances, to delivery of the appliances, all the way to your after sales service, everyone has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and dependable.

When the range was about to be connected, the installer noted that a critical part related to the gas supply into the range (the gas pressure regulator) was not secured to the frame of the range ... which meant that in sliding the range into place, the tension on the gas connection might have caused serious (and dangerous) damage to the gas supply into the range. I tried calling the authorized service company for Bosch, who said, yes, the repair would be covered under the warranty, but that it would be a week before they could get someone out to look at it.
When I asked Caplan's for help, they worked with the service company to move us up to the top of the priority list for the repair; the technician came the next day, and with a very minor repair, fixed the problem.
Now the range is connected, and working beautifully.
We're thrilled with the deal we got on this product, and very appreciative of the efforts Caplan's went to to help us solve our problem.

Everyone involved was extremely knowledgeable about the products and always looked to help me have the best customer service experience I have ever received from any retailer or service provider.
I would recommend Caplan's Appliances 10/10 times to anyone.
1) We were not warned that we should check if the fridge that we ordered would fit the service elevator. It was very close and almost didn't make. The wheels were broken but it did make it.
2) We were not told that we needed to order handles for the fridge as it has a wood panel. When we did order the handles from Jenn Air via Caplans, it was a comedy of errors. We needed three handles and only one was ordered. Then the order seemed to be mis-placed. After weeks when we finally received the handles, one was scratched.
Without question, a terrible experience
What a refreshingly different experience we had at Caplan's compared to other stores we'd been to that morning, where salespeople were either not available or too keen on making a sale.
