PetSmart

My dog Luna has been groomed once a month for almost 3 years. She is groomed by Sarah S. Luna loves Sarah and actually howls and pulls to get to her. Sarah does an amazing job and Luna always smells wonderful.
I feel she loves her job and it shows in her detail to making Luna happy and beautiful. I would never take Luna anywhere else ☺️

Store is nice and staff is great, but I wish “they” (petsmart corporate) would end stocking beta fish and other live animals (didn’t look around so not sure what others they might have). But I walked by the beta fish display and it’s absolutely heart-wrenching to see these beautiful creatures relegated to a life in a small cup.

I was disappointed with the grooming service at PetSmart. Unfortunately, the haircut my dog received was very uneven, with noticeable differences in length throughout the coat. Overall, the final result did not look well done and did not meet my expectations for a professional grooming service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I expected much better care and attention to detail. At this time, I would hesitate to return for grooming services.

The manager Julia and employee Ben are the kindest and most informative employees I have ever dealt with. I'm blown away by the incredible service I got from these 2 individuals. Julia should be recognized for how knowledgeable and professional she is. I can't express my gratitude for everything you did when I walked in overwhelmed and confused and you helped me out tremendously.

I took my dog today for grooming services with Hailey and she is has provided us with great grooms and services each time! Very pleased and will be back to book with her soon again.

What a great experience. Both Erin and Ben went out of their way to help me out. Their level of customer service was simply unmatched. I live in Toronto and want to drive here for pet food now.
So impressed.

Visited on Friday, July 21 around 3pm. Cashier was very kind and welcoming. I never experienced this amazing customer service before. I hope he gets promoted. But need to mention to Management on how to calculate deals. For example, I had to decide to buy the biggest package of pine bedding and hay for my guine pigs even if the other size was on sale because when I calculated the cost of the bedding per liter and the hay per ounces, still at a lower price the biggest package even if the final cost was regular. I believe that when deciding on marking some products on sale of the same brand, it would be nice to have all of them on sale and not only few of them. Thank you!
