We have been enjoying our 6-foot diameter hot tub going on three years now. It looks and performs as new. It has proven great venue for family time with our three tween boys. Our purchase and after sales support experience with Bryan and his team has been excellent.

I bought a kit over a year ago and we are still SOOOOOO happy with our purchase.
We had some initial issues when we initially set everything up, but Bryan and his team were there for every step and helped us fine the issue and resolve it.
Even to this date if I have any questions or issues they are always there.
This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company! Also the product is just awesome!

My new cedar hot tub is everything I expected and more!! Opting for the Total Therapy tub was the best option for me. Building a room to put it in was a great decision for us, so it can be enjoyed and used 365 days of the year!!!

I purchased my Canadian Hot Tub seven years ago. I installed it myself with suggestions and hints from the showroom staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Our family has enjoyed the tub from day one. It has served us very well with no issues from the heater, pump or plumbing. The liner lasted six years and I replaced it early last year. I recently had an issue with biofilm. I emailed my questions over the weekend and had an answer immediately Monday morning. Thanks so much for your help. It is great to work with professional. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased the 7-foot diameter therapy tub and put it in my single car garage. (Raised the garage floor with decking and added a ceiling fan and windows.) The tub is wonderful. To move around freely, and gently exercise, in that warm water is heavenly. The installation went smoothly. Bryan prompty answered all my emailed questions. I would recommend this hot tub. It certainly gets a lot of "WOW" comments from everyone who has seen it - no one has encountered anything like it before.

So nice to deal with a company that responds to you! Installed the tub myself - Bryan and crew responded promptly and patiently to all requests for assistance.
Really attractive design - fit in just like we'd planned. Looking forward to enjoying it for a long, long time!
That makes two CanHotTub tubs in the family - we'll need to get the rest of the clan on board....

Thanks Bryan

We were very satisified with Canadian Hot Tubs, their product, their owner and staff. The installation by a third party professional was quick and on time. We find their product relatively effortless to maintain. It is a joy to use.

We have had hot tubs for over 20 years and enjoy it almost on a daily basis. When looking for a tub for our cottage the site location accessability did not permit for a moulded tub, so assembling the cedar tub on site appealed to me. Besides our recent experience with where to put your feet, sit or lay down in a moulded tub sent us in a new direction.

We spent several months researching and after a few calls with Bryan at Canadian Hot Tub we went ahead during this years sale.

I'm handy and not afraid of plumbing, so the assembly didn't scare me away. I studied, studied some more, watched the video multiple times, and called and emailed Bryan often for clarification. Bryan always responded quickly, and was patient as I asked question after question.

The 7 ft tub went together great, and while I had reservations during the assembly process that perhaps we went too big, I'm not looking back now, as it's perfect for up to 6 adults plus a few kids.

Our experience with Canadian Hot Tub has been Great! Bryan recently reminded me to send a picture in. It's great to work with a company that actually cares, and is as excited as we are about our new tub. This is the best tub we have ever owned, and by far the most comfortable.

I've had hot tubs for over 20 years and was looking for one for my cottage. A cedar hot tub seemed to be the solution as the site we had choosen had limited accessibility to bring in a molded tub, so building on the spot seemed to appeal to me. Recent experiences on where to put my feet, or sit or lay down in a molded tub also led me to look in a new direction.

After several months of research on different manufacturers and styles, and a few calls with Bryan, I made my decision to move ahead during this years annual sale.

I'm pretty handy when it comes to building, and plumbing is not a problem, so while I had never put a tub together before, I had some confidence to take on the job. Due to my schedule it was 3 months before I had my 7ft round tub delivered and assembled, however, during that time I read, re-read, studied the video, e-mailed and called Bryan for clarification on several occasions. Everytime I reached out, Bryan responded quickly and with patience.

The Canadian Hot Tub is fantastic product. At 7ft and 1000 gallons it sounds huge, and early on in the assembly I questioned myself whether I had gone too big. So far we have had 5 adults in at the same time, and I can foresee handling a few more with comfort. I'm not looking back now, in fact it's the best and most comfortable tub we have ever owned!

Here are a few tips,

1)Take your time, don't be in a rush or a fixed time table. Think through each step in advance, and do not proceed by guessing.
2)Lay out every item shipped before hand, including plumbing parts and washers. I did it the day before and should have done it sooner. If you think you are short something call Bryan before you start, he'll fix it overnight.
3)It's more than a tub, think about your decking in advance too.

I'd highly recommend Canadian Hot Tubs! While you can probably buy a similiar tub from somewhere else, their service and willingness to work with you, is what completes the package. Bryan recently reminded me to send a picture in. It's nice to deal with a company that truly cares, and is as excited as I am about my new tub.

We always wanted to get a hot tub but just couldn't bring ourselves to buy one of those one piece, moulded fibreglass units where you sit in one position... until we experienced the CHT Muskoka at a friends house last year. We were hooked instantly. Now this is what a hot tub should be like. Freedeom to move around and stay submerged up to your neck. Great for massaging all the various muscle groups after a hard day or strenuous workout and especially the difficult areas like the IT bands. It's made a huge difference in reducing my knee pain.
The other factor which influenced our decision is that the tub comes in a kit form so you can virtually put it anywhere as opposed to those big, bulky fibreglass units which some times have to be hoisted in by crane because of restricted access which is what we were certainly facing. As well,
the footprint is much smaller than most tubs of this size and it can be easily integrated into any deck design for quick and easy access.
We pretty much have been using the Muskoka tub almost every evening since it was installed in July. We opted to have it installed with one of the recommended installers from Brian. They had it installed and running in half a day...well worth the extra cost. The unit is well insulated and so far seems to be very economical to operate.
We are especially looking forward to using our tub during the winter months. Brian was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that we had before we made the decision. This is certainly a company that stands behind their product.

Cheers

I am writing this review about Canadian Hot tubs about 2 and half years late.Fortunately I have even more reason to post a message of how positive dealing with this company is.

The true test of a good sale /company is the service one receives well after the sale ( in my opinion).

Recently I had to get a component that is a normal item to wear over time (heating element) Bryan Beer replied to my inquiry immediately (and has replied after normal business hours in the past) and made arrangements to get the part to me ASAP as well as at a price that beat any other online supplier.

Another example is when I had a minor issue with the small digital control display not long after purchase. Bryan rushed a factory replacement to me immediately despite the fact that I live in a remote rural area. NO squabbling over warranty-NO
contract fine print excluding replacement.

Bryan seemed to remember me from past emails which was really nice and in the end I was reminded by the fact that " Good Old Canadian style" service still does exist in 2012 -starting with a VERY easy package selection- full support in gaining financing-then full support with assembly (both from the service counter and a clear/easy to follow DVD) the entire process was wonderful! As I was a Mechanical contractor before I was disabled-I take service seriously and respect the service/product quality Canadian Hot tubs has provided.

NO pressure or up selling-just honest advice for my situation.I am very happy that the tub comes with a liner as this makes maintenance a breeze (I know someone with an unlined hot tub and they are constantly scraping deposits from the surface)I am VERY happy I chose a hot tub instead of a shell type "spa" as I am handicapped and suffer from severe pain . I find entry to me MUCH easier without having to lay down etc like a 'spa"-as well I find the full to chin depth helps my entire body with the large heat soak.

My Hot Tub gets used twice daily to relive pain and I cannot convey how much of a positive result this has had for pain reduction.I really hope anyone in pain who is considering one will go ahead-you will not regret it AND you may be able to tax deduct it as a health rehabilitation item!

The only negative thing I can say is that I wish could have afforded to buy the 5 foot deep model now that I know the joy of deep soaking-Hardly a fault of Canadian Hot Tubs though as the 4 foot deep model I have certainly comes to my chin/no shortage of volume to find relief in.

P.S. I hope to be well enough one day to go to Kitchener to shake Bryan's hand-I feel he did right by me-a seemingly rare thing these days.

our hot tub has been great. It was simple shipping all the parts to us in USA. The therapy pool is a wonderful thing to be able to stand in the tub and move about relaxing all one's body parts and have the bouancy to exercise without straining muscles and making them hurt. it feels so much freer than the squatty preformed molded spas where one's legs and body are set into a triangle sitting position. Looking at this tub on the patio; it is monster tub, biggest looking tub around, buts fits fine in a decent size space. Expect more time than CHT suggests to set up if it is the first time doing it; and follow the directions exactly as they say, trust their judgement to do it right. They have made a good product and service has lived up to the high quality of the rest of our experience with CHT. Time in the tub makes it all worthwhile and their little built in light is sure funky with all its changing colors.

This is a beautiful and greatly designed product, makes me proud to be a Canadian. I am living south of the Border now, but found that this product is the best value on the market. We just got our new Therapy tub up and running within the last month. We have used it daily since then. I love the depth, which I needed to do floating aerobic exercises. We aren't very handy with any type of construction, so needed to get a neighbor to help out, but as we laid it out and followed the directions, it turned out to be pretty straight forward. I do feel that now having completed one, I could put together one again myself, except for the electrical.
That is pretty amazing. I do think that a more detailed video would be helpful. Thanks to everyone, especially Brian and Canadian Hot tubs for all the help.

We purchased a 5' round tub from Canadian Hot tubs in September of 2011. It replaced a 10 year old Hot Springs unit. We are very pleased with this new tub. It looks great set into our deck. The deep soak is wonderful. The ability to move around in the tub is also a bonus compared to the form fitting seats of our old one. It was fairly easy to put together. The video helps but could show more details. The owner, Bryan, was very helpful answering all our questions and even giving us extra parts so we could setup the pump assembly inside our basement. This is a quality made Canadian product that we highly recommend.

We love our new cedar hot tub. It is perfect for us. It's size, shape, the jets and even the lights. And you just can't beat cedar. It is truly beautiful.
Set up was flawless. And absolutely everything was included, even the chemicals.
Enjoying our Cedar Tub at the end of a long day has been a wonderful way to unwind.
This just might be the best purchase we have ever made.

I bought the tub from CHT back in 2000. Initial setup was relatively simple, but I am more skilled than most. Since then I have moved the tub twice and completely rebuilt it just last fall. This is by far the best value in hot tubs you can get. Support from CHT has been fantastic, both knowledge and parts(odd pipe fittings, heater, replacement spa pack and two liners).

This tub has been heavily used by adults and children on a near daily basis and is as much fun and relaxation today as it was 10 years ago.

When I get permission to install a tub at my mother-in-law's place it will be from CHT.

Our experience buying a Tub from Canadian Hot Tub has been great! This is our second direct buy from the company. Our first was in the early 1980's when they were just new and the latest in June of 2011. In the years between we had another second hand Canadian tub and a California Acylic spa. While not experts on hot tubs, we certainly have experience. This latest tub will probably be the last as I am now retired and this will be the last house I live in, so I wanted the best. CHT were great to deal with in terms of coming to a price including instillation, tax etc. The tub was delivered and installed when promised and within the time we were told it would take. With a few teething problems, their follow up and customer response was first class. In comparisson to an acrylic tub, the deep, round tub has many advantages. No moulded seats! These force the tub users to have to sit in a certail location and in a per determined position. With the wooden tub everyone is free to move around. The smell of the ceder wood adds to the atmospher. There is no atmospher in plastic. The look of tub built into a deck is fantastic.

I bought a Canadian Hot Tub because I wanted something that won't crack in the -30, -40 and -50 degree weather in Labrador.

The free shipping special I received made it a great value and the customer service from Ed in the service department was the difference between me burning the tub versus enjoying it almost daily now!

It was realatively easy to put together in hindsight, my only advice is to have a plan for your base, your decking and electrical. I sort of figured it out as I went along!

Our whole family, especially the kids love the tub and it's just hard trying to stop them from doing cannon balls in it! Very romantic in the late evenings and feels great after a long distance run as well!

Look nowhere else, we researched many different hot tub makes and manufacturers before deciding to go with the Canadian Hot tub Company, it is beautifully built (I love natural cedar) and is deeper than other manufacturer (in a reasonable size and price), it blends naturally with our cedar fence. One thing you MUST ask for is: Randy to install the decking around it, he builds awesome “custom built” deck for you in a very reasonable price. We are really happy with our decision.

Thanks Brian

The cedar hot tub I recently purchaced from Canadian Hot Tub is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is beyond measure. It is more than a hot tub, it is truly a work of art. The hot tub adds infinite beauty to my outdoor living space. The details and quality is exceptional. It is so obvious that there is pride and passion in its design and manufacturing. I was impressed with the ease it was put together. The instructions, parts and products were all nicely labelled and of top quality. Nothing was compromised. It is beyond any hot tub experience I have had. I am delighted with my purchase and the service.
