Serious FALSE advertising
I recently purchased a group Keritan treatment for 99.00$ with a value of 375$. I have had many Keritan treatments before and what I got was NOT what I paid for. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment and when I arrived an aggresive woman told me that what I paid for was not what I was getting.
They did a cheap useless version of a Keritan treatment that instead of making my hair smooth, straight and shiny it turned out to be dry and brittle without ANY shine whatsoever.
After leaving I waited a day or 2 and then called back asking about the different prices for treatments. There was NOTHING holding a value of what they had specifically said the groupon voucher was worth was worth accept an Afro reduc which was what my voucher was worth.
This is a complete scam as what you pay for is not what the treatment is... AT ALL.
They bully you when you arrive and say you can pay another 150$ for the Afro reduc which is rediculous they have only made this name up as this is the real Keritan treatment that is what you are supposed to be getting.
trust me when I say I have had many treatments, all successful and all bought on Groupon. This one is a scam. If you are looking for a Keritan treatment you can go to Westmount Spa or Star City Salon on Peel. http://www.citystarsalon.com
