Made reservation 10 days in advance. Left stranded and had to hitchhike home. Wrote negative review, customer care team post response acting like they are going to have a regional mgr look into it. After 4-5 emails and promises they will have a regional mgr contact me, they have yet to do so. I think they do it just so it looks like they are responsive when they are in fact not. Looking at the reviews of this specific location it looks like this is a common issue with them. I guess when your customer service is this bad, there are too many complaints for Oklahoma mgrs to respond too. I will continue too update weekly or so until they finally do their job.
