So, I went in to buy house paint. I was greeted by and employee who made a rude comment to my wife and I, because we stopped to let her by with her storage cart. “If you move slow then it’s harder on me “. We then made our way to the paint section where we selected the paint swatch we wanted. We then went up the the counter where they process the paint, no one was there. We waited for about 5 minutes, then noticed three employees chatting in the aisle beside us. My wife went to the aisle and they notice her. Then proceeded to leave. We then clicked the button ask for assistance for someone to be there soon, on the paint section desk. We then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for someone to come help us get the colour we wanted to have mixed, no one came. We had employees walking by and looking at us without asking if we needed assistance. We eventually had enough decided to leave the store. Then, employees ignored eye contact when we were approaching a desk where they had 4 employees chatting to each other. Then they had plenty of employees at that exit to say goodbye. After this, we went next door to Canadian tire to the paint section within 5 minutes we got service the colour we wanted mixed and out the door about 15 minutes. I do not suggest Lowe’s for your paint needs I can’t speak for the rest of the store but we were not happy with there service waste of time. I RECOMMEND CANADIAN TIRE ITS ONLY FIVE MINTUE WALK AWAY! Do not waste your time or money at Lowe’s.

Been to Lowes twice now, both times same items are more expensive. Guess I will go to the other places that I have been going to before Lowes opened, that's too bad because they are closer for me. Oh well must be bigger overhead at this location.nI would have thought trying to break into the market here they would have been really sharp on pricing.nMust say nice store lots of selection.

Female cashier named Taylor was very flirtacious with male customer ahead of my husband and I. We just were not into waiting and listening to it. Otherwise the store is great!
