Hy-Grade Steel Roofing Systems

we had our hygrade roofing metal roof installed 15 years ago.
We live across from Lake Erie. The price seemed a little high at the time but people in our area have had 2 new shingle roofs installed since then. so now ours is cheaper . We were, and are completely satisfied with the look, colour, workmanship, guarantee, and after service from this company. We highly recommend them.

After a horrible experience with another company, I called Dodd's. They were on time and were honest about what I needed. I had already sunk 600 bucks with another firm on 2 separate visits where they kept telling me I didn't need a new opener, just everything else. The Dodd's guy replaced the spring and cable for $100 (compared to $250 quote from the other firm). He was surprised that we hadn't replaced the 15 year old opener. He said after 600 bucks, he'll replace the chain/cable as I asked, but even offered to rebate me that 100 bucks towards a new opener should the opener die in the next year. Now I realize that a lot of firms offer those kinds of discounts, but his approach made me a lot comfortable than the other firm.

Further Developments:
After 10 years of attempting to correct a leaking problem every Spring Hy-Grade has abandon this site.
They leave a 90 year old man and his dream retirement
home to let him repair the damage from this leaking and solve the leaking problem.The roof is warrantied for 50 years but the building beneath won't last that long.If you are going to use the above contractor have them check your house to see if it meets the requirements of having a steel roof.This was never done at this address.
