TAPS, Toronto Reviews (3)
You will want to avoid the consultant named Daniel Scheffel. He gave incorrect delivery dates and then wouldnt respond to telephone calls or e-mails. It ended up costing more in the end as we had to keep pushing the contractor off.

Went to buy a couple of vanities. Waited 20 minutes for some one to help. Finally approached a lady. She said she would find someone to help. She asked two "sales" persons to help. Both refused, the last one laughing derisively. She went back to her table and sat down. When asked she said that all her "sales" people are busy. She also was too "busy" to help as she continued to sit at her table. Obviously Taps has too many clients and does not need me.
Horrible service. I had to delay my renovations for over a week. I ordered a sink and was told that it would take 2 to 6 days, it's now over 15 days and I still don't have the sink.
