The owner UPS store at 4111 Hastings street Jean and her staff; they are very friendly, fast, useful and accurate service. I had really bad experiences from the past with shipping and receiving packages with been late or rude service and on top of everything my packages been left outside the door anyone can take it but Since I went to UPS store MY experience TOTALLY change They come on time and also they never leave anything outside the door. They take the time to deliver in person .Thank you so much for great service

Worked so hard to help me solve a shipping issue and never once seemed impatient or annoyed ( although im sure i was bothersome ... sorry but I was freakn out) Also set me up with all the information i needed to avoid the issue next time :D thanks to all the helpful personnel at the UPS Store 325!!

It was overpriced I went in to buy a box to send Christmas Gifts and they charged me $11.54 for a box that I could have bought at the UPS on Kensington for $6.00. It is terrible how they can overcharge. Will never go there again.

With a mailbox at The UPS Store, you no longer have to wait at home for a package delivery or risk having valuable shipments left on your doorstep.
