I am a new customer and have tried calling and emailing about my order and can't get through to anyone... is this a scam site?

I requested overnight shipping and after entering my credit card info to make the purchase, the confirmation did not show my shipping option. I called customer service several times today and it keeps telling me to send an email. I need to speak to someone or I'll need to cancel/return my order. Why have a customer service number if you're just going to tell us to send an email

Placed a order on Friday March 15th and received no updated tracking, haven’t even gotten a response to any of my emails.. the service is horrible.. this is my second time ordering from them

I have ordered from this company in the past and never had any issues. Not only did I JUST receive an order that was ordered on Jan 31 but I paid for overnight shipping which was an extra $30 which I didn't want in the first place. I added a pair of red panties to the order so that I could qualify for FREE shipping and I added the VDAY30 code to get 30% off the order I never got the free shipping OR the discount on my order. And to top it all off it took 12 days to get my order AND I received orange panties not red. I must say that I am really disappointed in this transaction and will likely not be ordering from this company again. I emailed the first time when I realized that amount I was charged and never even got a response. Then when I got the wrong colour panties which I wouldn't have gotten in the first place if I was paying for shipping I emailed them again only to get no response again. Not sure what has happened to this company but their customer service has really gone WAY DOWN.

Ordered 3 corsets, all size 40, one seemed a bit small, returned it for size 42. Love ll 3 of them though! Thank you team at Got Curves:)
