Ive always been interested in alternative medicine and wellness. I first became acquainted with Chinese medicine as a child. I was a patient of practitioners in Torontos Chinatown and Buddhist monasteries in my youth. The results were amazing; I could not believe how effective the herbs were. However, it was my practice of qi gong that inspired me to pursue a deep study of Chinese medicine and discover a perspective that focuses on the functional relationships that maintain health and wellbeing.
