About Better Butters
After trying the myriad of nut and coconut butters on the market, founder (Brian Merkosky) started looking for a way to recreate and improve on these products. Always one to experiment in the kitchen he tried many different methods to make these butters but nothing seemed to be good enough. Upon researching further the idea of stone grinding came forward so the next purchase was a small kitchen top stone grinder. It was expensive but immediately it was realized that this was the best way to make creamy smooth delectable nut and seed butters.
