Initially, they were accommodating however through the design process it turned into the typical sales tactics pressuring us to sign and provide a deposit. Once they received the deposit, the quality of care declined dramatically and it turns out it is all about the money! We recommend you read the fine print, better yet run....find another supplier. We tried to work out our differences with the representative to no reasonable conclusion and received a follow up call from the president tell us too bad. We would not recommend this company.
