The staff at College Street Dental are top notch!

I have been going here for 8 years and have yet to be disappointed or even slightly annoyed with them.

The office is clean and welcoming, they have a TV to watch, plenty of magazines and water to consume while you wait. Although, I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes, usually not even enough time to finish my water.

The gals at the front desk are always welcoming too, never grumpy and always accommodating if you should have any changes, like insurance or address, etc.

Nancy, my regular Dental Hygienist, is very nice and always has some conversation starters ready to go, but when I am laying there with her tools in my mouth, she never asks me questions (how can you answer?!). She does a great job.

Dr. Lee is my regular Dentist and he is such a good one. Admittedly, I have had some work done here, and he is always very concerned with your pain level and comfort in the chair. He even apologizes if he sees any anguish on your face. Quick to get things rolling and quick to fix the problem.

I have also seen Dr. Cheng for an 'emergency' tooth fix (my crown popped off!) and he was very nice and worked quickly as well.

That situation brings me to my next point, they are always willing to work with you to get you the appointment you need/want. They also schedule 6 months out, send you email reminders, send you postcard reminders and even call. Fabulous for us forgetful people that sometimes forget about the calendar in their smartphone.

I will be a life time patient of College Street Dental.

I had an bad inflammation on my wisdom teeth. It all came sudden and Dr Lee took me in last minute. She performed wisdom teeth extraction the very next day and the whole procedure was painless. She was very professional and calm during the operation and very communicative with each step.
Most of my friends took more than a week to recover but it only took me 2 days to feel completely fine by following Dr Lee's detailed instruction.
I've decided to make Dr Lee my designated dentist and will go back for cleaning and fillings.

My husband and I and now literally all of my family go to College Street Dental. They are a great group, Dr. Cheng is an amazing person who cares about his patients and his priority is always the patient and their comfort and health. They are an amazing group and would always love to go and see them. I do hate dentists but going to him has changed my mind...

I've had my regular check ups and wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Michelle. I honestly have nothing but nice things to say about the office in regards to my visits. I can't comment on pricing though as I do have a dental plan which makes it all very affordable for me. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends!!

College Street Dental is the best dental clinic I've been to, and I've gone through a few while living in different countries.

The staff are really friendly. They always make you feel like you're the only patient, even when they are really busy or your appointment runs over time. If they have to re-schedule your appointment, they make every effort to accommodate you and are very appreciative, even if its circumstances outside their control.

The clinic itself is very clean and it has a relaxing atmosphere unlike other places, which make you feel like you are about to be tortured in an interrogation room.

I am a patient of Dr. Cheng and would totally recommend him. Now if only I felt like this about the medical doctors in Toronto...

Great dentists, hygienists, and staff at College Street Dental. There were no long lectures on dental hygiene and I had pleasant conversations with everyone involved. There was no upsell pressure for unnecessary work and they were patient with my questions, giving me the impression that they were genuinely looking out for my best interest.

I've bounced around to many dentists over the years, so I feel confident recommending these guys, The whole operation was very streamlined, friendly, and professional. I can't think of a single complaint.

I never thought I would say that I enjoy going to the dentist, but now I do. College Street Dental is great. Both Jennifer the hygienist and Dr. Cheng are kind, conscientious, and eminently skilled. You can tell that they love what they do and that they cared deeply about their patients. And they have gentle hands, to boot.

If you work downtown and are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Cheng and College Street Dental highly enough. He is superb.

My experience here has been, hands down, the best overall dental experience I've had of all the dentists I've seen in the last decade or so (I've previously switched dentists due to terrible experiences) Definitely recommend College Street Dental!

The low-down:
- I am not an expert when it comes to dental work, but everything I've had done here (cleanings, fillings) has gone well and I haven't had any problems.
- When I called about awful tooth pain I had all weekend they were able to fit me in the next day to have it fixed.
- They have TVs with remotes in all of the rooms, which is nice.
- They're always able to work with me on the scheduling.
- Super friendly and kind people here, from the amazing multitasking receptionist who is a total sweetheart to the nicest dentist ever Dr. Cheng.

For someone like me who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist because of my TMJ causing me so much pain, the hygienist made this the greatest experience ever! She made sure I was comfortable thru the whole process and even brought me a pillow for my back, since I mentioned I had back pain. She's also so precise and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt so clean!

I normally feel like just a number at other dentist offices. Here, They treat you like a person and show that they care. Trust me, you won't regret it!

This was an excellent experience with caring staff. Dr. Cheng listened to me and was kind in his communication. He was professional and at the same time laid back. I had been to another dentist who had given me some extreme options for my situation. Dr. Cheng's suggestion and his diagnosis was much less invasive. I so appreciate his willingness to do the best thing for each patient.

Dr. Cheng and his team are amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years and was pretty nervous. At my first visit they made me feel very welcome and right at home. He laid out every single thing that was going to be done and explained every step of the process as it was happening. I immediately set up my second appointment to get the recommended work done. My mouth is numb but my teeth look fantastic and I made some wonderful new friends. Thanks Dr. Cheng and the rest of the amazing team at College Street Dental! I would recommend this office to anyone! What a great experience... it won't be 10 years before my next visit. See ya in six months guys! Thanks again!!!!

I'm agreeing with everyone. What a great first experience I had at College Street Denta. Great staff and Dr. David Cheng is wonderful. They really take the time to explain everything to you. Can't believe I'm saying this but...I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

As far as having a tooth repaired can be delightful. I got an appointment quickly which I appreciated as I had broken a tooth. As a person who works with my hands, I was happy to notice Dr. Cheng's competence while laying the anesthetic, cleaning out the tooth and then filling it. His approach was straightforward, confident and jovial. He listened to me and taking everything into consideration came up with a solution to my problem that I couldn't be more pleased with. A really great dentist and great staff!! Can warmly recommend them!!

I met Dr. Cheng at College Street Dental and I explained to him all my insecurities about my smile including hygiene. I explained to him that I didn’t have a lot of money but I really wanted a million dollar smile. He was extremely professional,and gave me his vision of what he can do for me. I LOVED all his recommendations! I felt extremely comfortable with him within minutes! He offered the best advice and I really felt like he wanted to help me and to top it off, he took his time talking to me and didn’t rush me to do anything! A couple months down the line, Dr. Cheng was able to give me a perfect smile by replacing some fillings and doing cosmetic bonding! I also went from a C in my hygiene to an A. I feel comfortable talking to people now and am more confident.

College Street Dental was great for me. The dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and he explained in detail the procedures in the treatment plan. This is a very clean and modern dental practice. During the exam, Dr. Cheng put up my x-rays on the TV screen and I was able to see what he was talking about. I have had cleanings and multiple fillings done here without any issue. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng for you or your family! You will not be sorry.
