How convenient for them to send you a payment reminder when it’s too late and you lose your discount thanks a lot for nothing that is! Yes, it is customers responsibility to make a note of things like this, but why not send out payment reminders before giving working people a day or two as a reminder or better yet courtesy reminder to pay there invoice! Not happy at all.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Charges for insurance when we already have our own insurance. Increased rent without notice. Wrong email address on file prevented access to invoices. No response from emails sent until much later. Horrible. Negative 100 stars.
The experience with Storage Mart was very easy from the beginning. Customer service was excellent and once we arrived at the Concord location Kal took us through everything we needed to know!

I recently rented a storage unit here and am very pleased with the experience. The pricing is quite reasonable compared to other places I've looked at. Also, a special shoutout to Kal from the staff who was incredibly kind and helped me set everything up smoothly. Highly recommend!

Kal (the ON SITE representative) was very welcoming, calm and nice to do business with. (And thank to him I took my unit).
On the other side the PHONE representative, was a bit rude, not very nice and keep insisting that the unit is not available even though I saw it available in my own eyes (and also their on site person told me it's available).
I do recommend this place BUT I DO NOT recommend you to talk with them by phone, it was a very unpleasant call.

This Storage Mart location on Keele St is very well maintained. It is very clean and you can tell the staff really pride themselves on providing optimal service. Kal is very friendly, helpful and was extremely professional throughout the entire move in process. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a safe, stress free and most importantly, safe and secure storage unit for your personal/business needs!
