This was my first time moving in 50 years. First off I didn’t realize when I phoned and asked about prices, he said $130. For truck and $130. For 2 men. He didn’t say an hour so like an old fool I assumed total. They were late getting here, wouldn’t take anything that had glass in it. Spend at least 2 hours trying to digit out if the couch would fit up the stairs, they had no carrying straps, I paid for 2 extra drop offs which after a number of explanations they still loaded the truck wrong. What should have taken maybe 4 hours they took 8. (I’ve helped move people before) They wouldn’t take my 2 TV’s and I had to remove the glass doors and shelves in the entertainment unit before they would take. They reassembled my day bed and left me with left over parts??? They got lost going 2 blocks from drop 2 to drop 3 waited 45 minutes or more for them to arrive. They did not work as a team. Basically one just followed the other around. Being a semi o on a fixed income When they gave me the bill I was speechless. $1400. I would never recommend these guys to my worst enemy. To top it off they phoned me the next morning to say they were downstairs waiting to pick up stuff. Not the brightest.

The process of moving is such a stressful one but Ti-Yende Movers made it a smooth one. The team was very professional, prompt and intentional. They made sure to walk us through the whole process prior to the move day, answered all our questions/concerns and provided great tips along the way. The crew that was sent to us was nothing but kind , productive and professional. They moved with intention and were very happy to place anything in the areas I had requested. They were fast and efficient with the job and even though we had more then we anticipated, they were able to complete the job very easily at a great rate! The movers were right on time and got to work quickly. The three we had were efficient and double checked if they weren't sure about an item. Made short work of a house and garage and took all we needed moved. Upon arrival at destination they again started unloading quickly and were done in just over an hour putting everything in their proper places. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Patrick, Nigel and the other fellow whose name I forget. Great team that worked very well together.

We did our research well before we sold our house and knew this was the organization that we would be comfortable with. Upon speaking with William, the owner, our choice was reinforced as he responds to all of your questions promptly, professionally and with clarity and detail. The movers were fantastic on the day of the move as we knew our possessions were in the hands of professionals that cared about the customer and enjoyed what they were doing. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Highly recommended!

We needed to transfer a king size mattress same day from one home to another and dispose of an old king mattress. I found Ti-Yende Movers on a Google search. They fit me in within an hour of my request. The two movers were great. They wrapped the mattress in plastic and moved the bulky mattress with ease. The mattress had to be moved into a room on the second floor of a story and a half. It was rather tight but they did it carefully and successfully. They were efficient and pleasant.

Highly recommend. Jean and Ebube were wonderful! We have a dog and baby (who was sleeping when they arrived) and somehow they managed to bring in and assemble a couch and bed without disturbing the peace. They were polite, efficient and took really good care in our house. They even put sliders on the legs. Certainly appreciated their thoughtful service.

This company was lovely to work with and made my move much less stressful! They were friendly, accommodating and dependable. Great communication with the whole team (inlcuding head office) which made me feel well taken care of. They will be my go-to movers from now on!

So happy with my experience! Moving is so stressful, and expensive. We knew we did not want to put family and friends out by doing the typically u- haul rental so we decide to go with this amazing company!! The team was so friendly, helpful, kind and appreciative. They followed instructions and ensured everything was in the correct location vs. just dumping wherever was convenient. Customer service from start to finish was top notch. I would recommend reaching out/ getting a quote because I am certain you won’t be disappointed.

Incredible team! Next day delivery of a large freezer from Costco and placed in my basement with no real issues. Doors removed and professionally placed back on perfectly once item was insde. I can't say enough how great this team is. Highly recommend for your moving and storage solutions!

We had a very great experience w these movers. They were strategic and careful w all of our furniture. We had them pick up from two different locations (at an extra cost but worth it) and dropped off at a final location. Our movers were Joseph and Jean. They worked non stopped w a happy, positive attitude. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Babatunde, Zack, Alex, Eric, Andre,Steven were our team of movers! They are hardworking and efficient not wasting any time in packing or unpacking. We moved from a small town to Winnipeg and were happy with the small extra charge for that.

Adjusting this review as I finally got in to see my belongings after being moved and several valuable items had damage. I found my glass coffee table resting on it's side on a concrete floor in the storage unit I had Ti Yende move it into, the corner was cracked and shards of glass were right there so I knew this happened during this last move. Mind boggling was a blanket was uselessly resting on the floor like an area rug and could have easily protected the table but was not (my guess is they moved the table over trying to create room but never bothered moving the rug with it?). My Benson sofa had a box of paintings resting on it and was scratched and other clearly marked boxes to indicate which side was up were sideways. Recommended by the storage company I used to store my car, the initial contact was great and I specifically hired them to avoid these exact issues as I could not be there for this move but now realize the job was not completed as expected; so disappointed and gutted.

Great experience with Patrick and Zac today with my move. They came in on time and were very professional and worked extremely hard with my building have no elevator! They worked hard and efficiently and if they had any questions they asked! Great experience. I’d recommended them again to anyone else!

Alex, Harrison and Eric worked tirelessly and carefully to move all our things from storage to the 2 bedroom apartment. They have all the equipment they need and they know how to handle all the goods with care. They were easy and pleasant in all the communications. Zak and Eric from Ti-Yende were prompt, efficient, and professional. Their truck could have easily accommodated 3-4 times what we needed for a 1br move. They put everything where asked in the new place, and nothing was damaged in the process. On top of that, they were great guys - thanks for the help!

Moving with Ti-Yende for the 3rd time in ten years was once again a most positive experience. From the 1st phone call to William to the last box deposited in our condo, everything was GREAT! What a moving crew! Zakary, Favour & Alex were unbelievable. They were on time, kind, courteous, efficient and pleasant. Even with a few downpours during the day, the crew worked continuously.
