Tysons Corner Center — Tysons, Virginia
Tysons Corner Center is one of the most complete and dynamic shopping destinations in the entire Washington metropolitan area. It’s not just a mall—it’s more like a self-contained city for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The layout is spacious, modern, and well maintained, with clear signage and easy navigation between different sections. Whether you’re here for luxury brands like Apple, Gucci, or Tesla, or for practical stores like Target and Macy’s, everything is conveniently located under one roof.
The food court and surrounding restaurants offer an impressive variety—ranging from fast-casual options to upscale dining experiences. You can grab a quick bite at Shake Shack or enjoy a full meal at Seasons 52 or Eddie V’s. The AMC theater inside the mall adds to the entertainment value, making it a perfect spot for a weekend outing.
Parking is ample and free in most areas, though weekends can get busy. The proximity to the Metro Silver Line (Tysons Corner Station) makes it easily accessible even without driving. Security presence is strong, and the general environment feels safe and family-friendly.
Overall, Tysons Corner Center is more than just a shopping mall—it’s a lively hub where style, comfort, and convenience meet. Whether you’re visiting for retail therapy, dining, or just to enjoy a walk indoors on a rainy day, it’s easily one of the best places to spend time in Northern Virginia.

Took my daughter to the American Girl Doll store. If you have never been to one of these it can be a bit overwhelming at first. The store in Tysons Corner has 2 levels and a beauty salon for the dolls. If you know what your looking for (my daughter had a list) you can get in and out in less than 20 minutes.
The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the dolls, both past and present.
Cost wise.......you already know
know.....it's not cheap but the quality is top notch.

There are shops for all ages. Shops with brand names and some without. Great food court with all types of food to vegetarian dishes. I love the AMC movie theatre. There is sufficient parking on the side of the AMC theatre entrance. Better there as it is an easy in and out of the parking lot. Avoid going there on long weekends as it easily gets a bit too crowded i side the mall and as well as outside with parking. I highly recommend to go during the week day. Lastly, they have some good kiosks that are excellent in fixing smart phones! These guys are great!!
A very large mall with plenty of parking garages attached to it for parking. There are 3 stories here so plenty of shops and restaurants for everybody. I spent about 30 minutes inside the mall while my car charged in the parking garage and didn't have time to make it down to the bottom floor.
Endless amounts of room for mall walkers, endless amount of shops for shoppers! I felt safe and the mall was well lit with basically every storefront occupied. This mall will be around for years to come!

It’s in a great location at Tysons Corner Mall with very friendly staff. The food is delicious and very filling. They often have great discount promotions. I definitely recommend trying it.
Fantastic mall, great selection of stores for everyone. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it for the great movie theater, excellent options for food and mid to high end stores. Only exception is the phenomenally cheap Primark!
This is the best mall in the area but it’s always so crowded.
Has a higher end feel.
I suppose if you’re into people watching the crowd is great for that.

In this era of deserted and closed malls, this one stands out as an exception. It is located in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. It’s a bit hard to reach with many twists and turns. Traffic in the area is heavy. Free street and garage parking though limited in number of spaces. Public transportation available.. Great selection of stores and eateries though tending to be on the moderate to expensive side. Good security though there have been a few incidents in the past. Parking garages are safe. Not enough rest rooms in the mall and so many people using so few rest rooms causes the.m to get dirty often.
I am hugely amused at how well this mall is put together. I see that there are an array of different retail stores and restaurants for a quick bite
Parking was very easy and we came to go to the movies, but that was a failed attempt because they charged $22.95 per ticket so we passed.

It was my first time exploring the area there are alot of people in the mall so much fun things to do there!
I recently visited Tyson's Mall and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The mall features a wide range of stores—from popular retail chains to unique boutiques—ensuring there's something for everyone. The spacious, modern layout makes navigating between shops a breeze, and ample parking adds to the convenience.
Tyson's Mall delivers a well-rounded experience with a vibrant atmosphere that caters to families, shoppers, and anyone looking for a day out.

Nice mall. However, was expecting bigger kids play area and more cleanliness. Elevators from the parking to the mall was not working. It caused unnecessary trouble to enter into the mall with stroller.
Great shopping mall considering most malls have been shut down by online shopping. The stores selection are very good. Lots of new addition. Surprising that Primark opened inside the mall. Food options are also aplenty. It’s been a while since I was here. Always great to see this place is thriving.
Tyson’s is a comprehensive large scale mall with cinema screens and lots of eating options. The shopping and pricing is very good.
Oh wow where do you start with such a glorious mall??? It’s really nice, has a subtle 2003-2009 energy, insane amount of stores and a lot of them lean on bigger-for mall-size, PLUS a classic AMC movie theater(with all the strange and beautiful late 2000s cinephile decor) on the top floor, along with big ole food court. A few actual sit down restaurants on bottom floor but the wait on busy days can be comical. Great place if you love malls but for sure Godspeed getting into the area and parking, pretty smooth certain days but it’s full on cluster during weekends.
If you find a reasonably close parking space, it is the best mall in the area. I miss the LL Bean and Microsoft stores. Now Barnes and Noble is gone too.
With each visit, this mall gets more Middle Eastern. Be careful getting close to the Arabian Oud store -- you may pass out from the overwhelming stench of cologne.

Might be my first time reviewing a mall or shopping center in general but this place was just nice! There are neat little fire pits just outside on the upper level and the mall itself has an unbelievable variety and selection.
This is a very nice higher end mall. This place is huge with tons of food and places to shop. Very clean and well organized.
Today I visited Tysons Corner Mall and was extremely disappointed. The food court was a major letdown, as I noticed mice scurrying around. It was not only unappetizing but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. The overall atmosphere felt neglected, and I couldn't enjoy my meal knowing the hygiene standards were so low. I expected much better from such a popular destination. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
The Tysons Corner Center is fantastic. A great way to spend an afternoon and or evening shopping 🛍 with family, friends, or solo.
Nice food court with a variety of menus. Excellent restaurants for formal dining.

I went to Bloomingdale’s two weeks ago at Tyson Corner Center and purchased a carpet from the home decor section.
They had these amazing deals on high-quality carpets and rugs!
The first one I got, I did not like the style of it when I brought it home, so I went back to see my wonderful sales representative “ Azin “.
She again walk me through the process of looking for something that I would like better .
Talk about customer service! She was absolutely amazing! Super understanding and very caring!
We were able to find something very beautiful this time around! I’m in love.
Thank you so much Azin for your dedication and excellent customer service!

Excellent mall! One of the bests in the US! Plenty of shops! Plenty of food options! And great garage and parking lot! Plenty of shopping options!
Beautiful mall, it has the luxury brands for our designer shoppers. Gucci, Louie Vuitton, etc. the restaurants scene was very nice as well.
THE STAFF WENT BEYOND THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE OUR STAY EXCELLENT. GREAT FOOD,THE ROOM WAS PERFECT, CLEAN BATHROOM, NO SMELLS,GREAT TOWELS,ETC,WILL STAY AGAIN!!!
Hands down THE best mall with a 25 mile radius. Shopping, food, entertainment, family activities, drinks; you name it, they've got it.
Occasionally they also feature local artists and strong messages to build a more inclusive and stronger community. Check out the tolerance exhibit in the center of the mall next to Macy's. Here's a challenge: can you find all the hidden faces and messages the artists hid in the pictures? 😃
