Wednesday night 11/28, we were at Menards buying a waterheater and a pellet burning furnance. We had asked for helping with loading and a nice young man named Vincent helped us. He climbed right in our SUV to help slide in the pellet furance. He helped us find a way to get the waterheater in the SUV also. Kudos to Vincent for excellent customer service.
