talked to a friend just now that built with them..... recommended..! went to their open house and workshop with around 50 others in the crowd, an hour of presentations with q&a after. half a dozen builders in the crowd, they had the most questions
they had lenders and every one from electrician plumber and deck builders.
handed out material that included spreadsheets to budget your build, the process, even a timeline,
overall recommend the workshop and keep it on your radar as an option, we are going to explore this option .. having built with wood before, the steel they use is incredible .
