We’ve had a difficult experience. We would head to storage every few months or so to get some
Items out and a year or so ago we had noticed some mouse or rat droppings in our unit, we mentioned it to staff and they said they’d put out some poison. Well this year when we were set to remove our items from storage, our love seat and chair we’re all covered in feces and poison. They will all have to be thrown out. To pay for storage just to have to throw your items in the dump is so unbelievably upsetting! We’ve only had them in there 3 yrs.
With just an offer for a month free is so upsetting!!! I’d really think twice about storing your belongings!

Best place to store your treasures. Staff always helpful, facilities clean and temperature controlled. Two thumbs up!

The staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. Price is consistent in the market. The Welland site driveway is pretty rough and the gate was a little tricky to operate. But I would use this company again.

This place is awesome, the employees are so helpful and friendly. I have used them a few times over the years.
Prices are lower than other places, security gate, cameras.
Always remember to wait for the gate to fully close on entering or exiting!

This is the first time I've made use of a storage facility. Not knowing what to expect, Laurie took the time to explain the options available and me and helped me make the best decision for my specific needs. The sign up process was very simple, as was the process to pay for my monthly lease. Safety/security is evident through controlled access gate and many surveillance cameras on the property. I recommend Storage Guyz as your storage solution in the Welland area!!

Excellent service, called to setup an account and had my storage space booked and setup within an hour. Lorie was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The facility has excellent security and I feel confident my valuables will be safe and secure. 6 stars out of five, these people are going out of their way to be the best.

We looked at a couple places to store our trailer, and finally settled on Storage Guyz in Welland. They have been fantastic, rates are great and I’m confident our trailer is safe and monitored 24/7.

I love the 24hrs access and the clean yard to store my trailer. The area is very secure I sleep comfortable at night knowing the trailer is safe. Laurie is fantastic and so friendly. Keep up the great work
