I can't speak for all the locations, but the girls at the Eaton Center location gave terrible customer service from from beginning to the end. There was only one girl when I walked in, who I said hi to and smiled at and she didn't even react. I brushed that off and proceeded to ask if they did threading for brows and she said yes and directed me to another lady who didn't smile or say hi. She simply told me to sit down. She didn't even ask me what shape I wanted and they even came out uneven. I realized an hour after walking around the mall that I still had hairs around my nose, as she didn't brush off all the hairs off my face. I cashed out and the same girl at the cashier had the same demeanor. It was my first and will be last time in this location.

I purchase a very expensive flatiron at the Dufferin store, employees at the Dufferin decline to have me try said flatiron. This flatiron was not suited for me. On June 11,2016,I went to the Eation centre store, where there were more variety of products to choose from. I was able to receive a store credit exchanging the flatiron for one better suited for my needs and get a few more products.Still having store credit for later use. Honorary mention to employees Vicki, Amanda and Hibba. You guys rock, thanks so much for all your help.

I usually go there first thing Sunday mornings to purchase toppik when I run low. The service is great. I don't have time to waste and they are quick and friendly.

I visited the Eaton Centre Trade Secrets on two occasions last week shopping for a straight iron and was impressed by the great customer service provided by two staff there. I was greeted by Danica on my first visit and she patiently explained to me the difference between the products and brands. Vicki served me on my second visit and again politely showed me the product with good recommendations. I was very happy with my purchase.

The manger who is an azn lady I'm not sure what her name is but she is the absolute worst manger I have ever talked too.. She is rude. She does not know how to do her job and does not know anything about costumer service. I had to return an item I purchased but I paid with a gift card and she said I could not return it because it was paid with a gift card. The item has 1 year warranty and basically I'm so upset I can't even write the holy story. Basically I got head office number and the phoning girl talked to me so rude when I told her my situation and I basically threw out $200 away because they can replace my straighter that is no longer heating up that I have only had for 4 months. Waste of my time. Waste of money. Waste of a store and I'll never go back. Wish I could get my money back. Everyone who works in that store does not even greet you but stand there and talk in the back. Horrible people and store!

I want to say that when I walked into the store today I didn't even have to ask for help. The helper asked what she could do for me and I explained what I was looking for and she not only assisted me but she also recommended a couple of other products that would also help me. She was polite and very helpful. The customer service I received today is the best I have had so far in this store. Mind you I have nothing to complain about because I always get good service but today I have to say that I was impressed. I want to say thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

I always go here to buy my nail polishes so I decided to check out their blow dryer selections since I needed a new one. This one girl helped me out (I think her name is Vicky?) and she was really helpful. She told me about their promotions going on for some of their flat irons and blow dryers and stuff. She was very informative. So far I'm really happy with what I got which was the red Ferrari blow dryer.

I have been buying my hair-care stuff from Trade Secrets inside Eaton Center in the past two years, and found the service in this particular location has absolutely gone downhill. My last visit (yesterday) to this store has made me decide not to go there again in my entire life. I was waiting in front of the counter to pay for my shampoo and conditioner. No other customer was ahead of me. Three or four girls who were working in the store were standing right in front of me, chatting randomly. Nobody had the intention to check me out. After they finished their chat about after three to five minutes, a girl with blond hair finally came over to me to let me pay. She looked like she was reluctantly lending money to me, though I was the one who was paying money to her. Anyway, I finally paid and couldn’t wait to leave the store, and then I found the price on my receipt was different from the price tag on the shampoo bottle. I returned to the blond hair to tell her that the price was not right. She initially refused to admit she made a mistake and tried to make it look like I was stupid. I handed over the shampoo bottle to let her see the price on the bottle. She was silent. Meanwhile, I took out the bottle of conditioner to check the price. I was holding the top of the conditioner (the mouth), but the body of the bottle dropped on the ground. The blond hair asked another girl who seemed in charge to come over, and said “she dropped the conditioner on the floor and broke the mouth.” I did NOT drop the conditioner! The mouth might be loose in the beginning so that the body of the bottle fell! I asked to get a new bottle, because I needed to take it on the airplane and didn’t want the conditioner to leak in my suitcase. But apparently, the store has a policy of “screw you, customers!” In the end, the price difference was only partially corrected, and I still ended up paying extra taxes for nothing. I was forced to take the broken bottle, though they taped the mouth so that “it won’t leak in the suitcase.” My worst ever shopping experience in Toronto. There is no way that I will go back to this extremely unpleasant store.
