Trade Secrets | Promenade

I am a long time client at Trade Secret promenade mall and have been coming here for several years. On Sunday August 20th, I came in to get my eyebrows done and was welcomed by a very friendly lady at the front (long black hair). She kindly asked me to come back in 10 mins and that the eyebrow lady would be back then. I came back and the eyebrow girl was doing nothing but sitting at the back on her phone. The pleasant lady at the front asked me to wait another 10 mins. The eyebrow lady finally took me, but with such attitude as I felt I was a bother to her and rolled her eyes. Some management needs to speak to her if she didn't want to be there to serve clients then get out of there , she is very un professional. I am a trade secrets shopper but I will not go to promenade any longer.

I use to shop there a year ago the staff was like a family. They were very welcoming, i especially loved the manager Samira she was always helping me out with all my needs she knew her products very well. After she got transfered to another loction the owner bought in a new manager name sarah that didnt know anything and also rude. I personally dont go there anymore because the store is a mess and the staff doesnt no knowledge
