Horrible Phone Experience
Carmen provided a horrible phone experience today when I called. My GS Professional Curl Five curling wand isn't getting as hot anymore and I've had it for less than a year. It's not curling my hair anymore. I have a 2 year warranty and the original receipt and asked if I came into the store, what would happen (as I'm coming from out of town and wanted as much information as possible over the phone). She said a Manager couldn't come to the phone because her voice wasn't working today. So she said if I brought the product in, they could determine if it wasn't getting as hot anymore. I asked if I could exchange it for a new one and she said the product is discontinued. So I asked if I could get a similar product, as I paid $190 and wanted to make sure that this store carried something of value and similar price. She said they only had two wands and kept laughing on the phone. I asked for the product number of the two wands so I could check them out online and she kept trying to rush me and said she had a client. At the end of the conversation, she said I should call Fairview. Maybe I'll take my business elsewhere.
