very disappointing and terrible service
I never write reviews but I was so upset by the service I received from this salon. I went in asking for a simple trim and clean up of layers and side bangs. I had showed the woman pictures of the style I was aiming for and was very clear that I wanted to keep some length, I proceeded to show her while my hair was dry, then again when it was wet to make sure she understood what I wanted. She proceeded with the cut(during this process she was talking about how great short hair was,etc) and what I ended up with was an extremely short hair cut, she had essentially given me what SHE wanted to do on me and not what I wanted. I usually am very open to a hairstylists opinions on what would look good but today I was very clear that I was only seeking a trim because I just wanted to help it look healthier and continue to grow. Furthermore she did not blow dry my whole hair, as she explain "if i dry it all it will look frizzy". Then she rushed off to another client. Never through the haircut did she ask me if the length was ok, she just proceeded with what SHE wanted to do with MY hair. I have been to this salon and never had any problem with any of its hairstylists, this is the first time in 15 years that I have had an issue, and I am completely disappointed with the service and attitude of this stylist. I am now back at square one in the process of growing my hair.

Horrible. Went in for cut and color. Got a decent cut that all. I was told I could go 2 shades lighter, but after they applied the color my hair color didn't change. I could still see a couple of greys and I have only a few greys. After they were done, they told me that no color could work on my hair and that I would need to bleach my hair. I was annoyed that they didn't mention this from the beginning. Then they recommended I do highlights but I must pay for it. So, I paid for color I didn't get and now I am supposed to pay for highlights. Needless to say they don't give any call backs, you can't reach their owner and made me promises that they didn't fulfill (told me to come in and they would give me free highlights worth the cost of my color, only to be told that I must pay for highlights)......Worst salon ever..my worst experience ever.
