Please save your time and money! Don't go there!
I went there to have a pedi/manicure done originally but ended up cancelling the manicure to save me some bucks after the pedicure disaster. I have been assigned some "inexperimented looking young girl". I tought ok maybe it's my apprehension because it's my first time here so I let her start with my feet. The job was terrible! Very bad, she barely cleaned my feet. Then proceeded to apply nail polish. Which she did by applying too much on it leaving me with almost 45 min of waiting time before I could walk out of there. The lady told me it was ok and everything was dry but of course it wasn't and before even reaching home I looked at it and it was completely ripped!!! $30 gone!

I went here a couple of days ago and the service was welcoming! I wanted acrylic and as they were doing them every nail kept bleeding so they decided to keep the cuticles on the other nails. Without asking me they assumed i wanted short squared nails. I wanted long claws. The colour is very transparent. And every nail has a different shape. Im never in my life going there again.

Went there exactly 11 days missing 4 nails...I Payed $80 for solar gel and some Rhine stones. The second day the stones were poping off left and right....I'm so disapointed...and feel like I was completely ripped off! The staff was great really nice and the nails looked good for a short short period...the stuff they use must be of a lower gel is the most expensive because it's supposed to last much longer....this is ridiculous!! Don't waste your hard earned money!!

I just went over my lunch to get gel nails. They were solvent and powder (i.e. acrylic) even when I asked for gel. I'm ok with that, so I let her continue. I asked for short, natural, oval nails. They are long, pointed, and thick. They have been applied in a way that they stick out and up from my nail. They are too wide in some areas (the flipper look) and too narrow in others (my natural nail is showing through). They were lucky I was on a time budget, because otherwise I would have had them remove them and not pay. I will be going to another salon to try to have them fixed. I don't recommend anyone goes here.

My friend and I called last minute and they kept the store open just for us instead of closing. Even though it was the end of the work day for them they didn't rush us along they were very gentle with grinding our nails for the gel. So far I've had the nails on for 2-3 weeks and they are still perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone first time bio-gel or a veteran :) I was impressed with how perfect the manicurist wanted my nails to look and I see why. Very excellent price for the amount of work they put in, A lot of bang for your buck.
Broke college students should definitely come here :)

Its cheap ($40 for mani and pedi), ridiculously quick (perfect for a lunch break), clean inside and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? If you want the 5* mani/pedi you have to pay the big bucks and spend 2hrs there, but this was a great Ottawa find.

They are great with last minute and walk ins, and they treat my 6 year old daughter like a princess. As good as any of the downtown spas, but it is about getting the work done. The atmosphere is fine, and your manicure or pedicure will be much quicker.
