Access Storage is the best choice. I feel happy to choose it. It is very secure, with clean hallways and storage room, plus carts available for easy transport. Besides It’s also very convenient, with access at any time. All the staff are very friendly.

I would like to say that Guido was great to deal with. He was closing when I pulled up and reopened the door to get me registered/Set up. Most people would have said "sorry were closed" Its nice to see that people still care and understand how busy and hectic our schedules sometimes are. Very happy with the shiny, security etc, however I paid for a unit that was 10x15, 150sqft. The unit didn’t quite measure up to that dimension. It was actually 138sqft. I spoke to the manager who said he would talk to head office. I never heard back and every time I asked, all I received was excuses.

Super easy to set up, staff is very gentle and polite, they helped me with everything I needed.
And when I no longer needed their service, it was super easy to cancel too!!

Great experience, only needed the unit for a month as I was in between homes and needed a place to store my furniture. Guido was very kind and helpful, took care of my needs. I will be sure to return here once I need additional storage space again. 24 hours access is a huge bonus that other competitors don't offer.

It’s been a year now and I still have not gotten my one month rent back that they charged me after I moved out of the storage unit. The person keeps telling me “He’s looking into it” but still nothing. This place is a SCAM.

It's virtually trouble free. On the rare occasion that we have had a small problem, it has been dealt with by Guido instantly to our full satisfaction. I have recommended this location to others who have had the same experience.

The worst customer service experience ever!

We rented a unit from Access Storage, diligently paid our monthly fees, only to have our belongings stolen due to a shocking security breach. Not only that, but also the lock on our unit was cut open with a bolt cutter, resulting in the loss of almost everything we had stored.

Upon reaching out to Access Storage for support and compensation, we were met with nothing but disappointment! According to their policy, they refused to refund our money, leaving us in a state of financial loss. We were told to pursue the insurance that we paid for at an extra cost, and that has been a six-month-long hassle with absolutely NO progress.

Despite numerous calls to the office and attempts to communicate with the regional manager, we have seen no action or progress. It is truly disheartening to feel that nobody at Access Storage cares about the distress which their negligence has caused. Our repeated efforts to seek resolution have been met with empty promises and an utter lack of responsibility on their part.
The emotional toll this has taken on us is immeasurable. Even when involving law enforcement, the lack of proper security measures, such as insufficient cameras, has hindered any meaningful investigation.
In short, my experience with Access Storage has been the WORST customer service experience ever! Their inadequate security measures, refusal to take responsibility, and broken promises have left us in a state of emotional turmoil and financial loss. I strongly advise against entrusting your belongings to a company that lacks integrity and care in a service-oriented industry.

We sold our home but didn't buy another one. We used Storage City to storage our belongings as we stayed with relatives until we purchase our next home. Experience has been good, the unit was clean and customer service was excellent. We highly recommend Storage City in Oakville.
