The Park Club is beautiful tower, As part of the master planned community, a new community centre of approximately 50,000 square feet has been built and an aquatic centre of approximately 5,000 square feet is under construction, expected to be delivered to the City later in 2016. New roads for the community have already been built or are under construction. A new signalized intersection has also been built to allow for improved traffic flow.
