Tom's Gifts

I was referred to Tom by a friend that used him for baby shower gift (30 pieces only), we decided to use him for our wedding. Tom is horrible, until you give him the first share of the money he is nice once u pay him 50% of the cost the guy is a nightmare. Extremely rude and verbally aggressive. Tom offers you always cash deals as he does not want to pay taxes but when you go to pick up the gifts and do the final payment he switches everything, does not give you a tax receipt, charges u tax and wants only cash. He is the worst merchandiser I had to deal for my wedding. If you do not want headaches do not do to him, at the end his prices are exactly the same as going to a reputable store in Vaughan. He originally asked me to over estimate my number of gifts needed saying that I could change my number a month prior to the wedding then backed off when I called to lower the number a month prior. He is a scam artist!!!!

Tom's Gifts does amazing work. They're freindly, fast and easy to work with. I placed an order for my husband (Christmas gift) and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately there was a big snow storm and Tom was running late. When I called he answered right away... And he was still coming to the mall!! I was so surprised that he was still going to drive all that way in bad weather. That's customer service!! The work they do is beautiful and pricing is great.... He's also got a really good sense of humour! Thanks Tom's Gifts... My husband will love the gift I got for him.

Tom always does his best to give us a great selection of items and is always so helpful meeting our needs. We have purchased many items and have always been very pleased with the product and price. His energetic personality is just one service he offers to make sure you are comfortable and get exactly what you want, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I chose the favors for my wedding shower from Toms gifts.All the ladies were thrilled with the lovely glass coasters they got to take home and couldn't get over how beautifully Tom & his staff had wrapped them.
Then came my wedding day,WOW the flower center pieces matched our the colors we chose for our wedding absolutely perfect. We were so thrilled. Once again Tom came through with the wedding favors.We had chosen small glass picture frames & they looked so awesome at each place setting the way they had been wrapped,guests eyes were immediately drawn to them. My fiance and I were walking around in the Pickering flea market and had noticed Tom's Gifts booth. We had stopped in to see what he had...at this point we had no idea what we even wanted as our wedding favors. Tom had the most amazing stuff we had ever seen. We had looked at several different items, until my fiance noticed the ice cream bowl sets. We fell in love with them and decided right then and there that we wanted 72 sets for our wedding. I had called Tom on the phone and he was so nice and had amazing customer service skills when I spoke with him... we had worked out a deal. We trusted him and he trusted us as well at this point no money was exchanged. The prices were amazing...Tom was so accommodating and he worked with us from the beginning to end.

Tom also told us that him and his team will wrap them with tags and tool and everything in between for a good price... which saved us money and time in the long run. Let me tell you the 72 gift sets look absolutely AMAZING!!!

I will recommend Tom's Gifts to my family,friends and even strangers because of the quality of the product, the great customer service and overall amazing experience. Thank you so much to Tom and his team for making our upcoming wedding dreams come true. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT work!!!!!

I know these posts were awhile ago, but I have to say that they are completely untrue.

If you are considering using Tom's Gifts for your wedding I have to tell you that you are making an AMAZING choice. I met Tom at a bridal show in Toronto and he carried a great selection. Right away he told us that he had much more stock available for us to see and when we told him what we were looking for, he said No Problem! It was actually a couple of months later that I made the appointment and Tom remembered us! He was (and is) totally friendly and helpful. When I told him what my wedding theme was, he immediately showed us about five different options. I couldn't believe the ease with which I found my centrepieces, wedding favours AND a great signing piece, all with Tom's help. He proposed fair pricing, including wrapping and went out of his way to make sure we could get the pieces in great time.

Within ONE week Tom had EVERYTHING we ordered. His timing is great, his prices are highly competitive, and his gifts are great quality.

I would recommend Tom in a heartbeat to anyone looking for wedding items. You get what you put into a relationship, and Tom puts his whole self in.

We met Tom of Toms’ gifts at The Toronto bridle show last January. He seemed nice and helpful. We found the perfect gifts for our ring barrier and flower girl. At the time he said he would have everything in stock at his home and if we could drop by his booth at the Pickering market he would be able to take is order and there would be no problems. Today we went there and asked for what we wanted he said he doesn’t carry what we were looking for and when asked if he be getting them in again he became angry and belligerent towards my fiancée and acted like she was in his way. She became upset and had to leave. He just want people to buy his dollar store crap at the market and keeps his nicer things for show that he won’t sell to you because he need to personalize them for you . Don’t give this man your business he is a scam.
