Went down to the chicago employment boost office and was later escorted off the premises by K&N security services. Apparently the address listed is NOT an actual office for this company. I was unable to get a refund for the resume package I purchased online and later had to get my credit card company to reverse the charges. I don't normally write reviews but my experience was so embarrassing that I'd like to save you the same trouble.
