If I can give this place 20 stars I would I cannot say enough wonderful things about Johnny, the new owner and an absolutely incredible groomer! My dog Blanco can be a little nervous with strangers, but Johnny’s gentle, patient, and caring approach put him completely at ease. He treats every dog like his own — with love, respect, and such careful attention to detail. Blanco has never looked better! Johnny is not only talented at his craft, but he’s also one of the kindest, most trustworthy, and honest people you will ever meet. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much, and I am so grateful to have found him. If you want your pet in the best hands possible, Johnny is the one to go to truly the best groomer and trustworthy around!

My dog got sprayed by a skunk on Friday morning, it was so bad, he turned yellow all over and the smell was horrible! I tried to call so many places but no one wanted to take in my dog in such a short notice and some even didn’t wanted to take him because they didn’t want to deal with the skunk scent.. I called Lobos pet palace, I spoke to reception, they had no room but after I explained what happened they tried their best to help and finally they got me a spot. I dropped off my dog they welcomed us so nice and warm! They did their best of the best! When I picked up my dog he was sooo clean, smelled 90 percent free of skunk smell! I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a professional, kind, and friendly place for his pet !!! THANK YOU TEAM LOBOS! We will definitely come back!!!

My puppy got the most beautiful groom and Jonny and his team are so gentle, friendly and kind. We loved our experience.

I've attached photographic evidence of my dog's undying love for Lobo's as he stops by their door on their off hours and cries. Anytime I pass this place on our walks, he will, without fail, stop to linger by the entrance and beg me to go inside. Smokey loves the owners to bits and is always excited for the hugs and kisses he gets anytime we visit.

Speaking as a customer, Lobo's is a great place to buy all pet essentials. Their selection of treats is awesome and I've bought some of my dog's favorite toys here. The owners are kind, helpful, and open to customer feedback, which is something I value deeply.

We hope that Lobo's Pet Palace can continue to be one of our go-to pet supply stores for years to come!
