Joshua Reedy assisted me with obtaining a SIM card and a screen protector for my iPhone. He took care of everything and was so personable and polite during our interaction. I appreciated the time he took with me.
I have a complaint with Verizon from two days ago, but it has nothing to do with this visit. I was about to cancel Verizon as my carrier before Joshua helped me. I will take up my complaint with customer service in a different forum.
