I don't usually write reviews but I lost my check card and I was having a pretty bad week. Until I walked into Citizen's Bank and was greeted by a teller named Mark. Not only did he listen to my ranting, but he patiently and graciously assisted me as nicely as possible. Now, I know that they are there to help but he didn't have to go out of his way to get me a Hershey Kiss and hold the door open for me. I just wanted to say thank you for all your help Mark and know that there are people that you affect by just being kind.
