Terrible service.We were told our vehicle was ready four times. Each time vehicle was not ready. New aftermarket fender was a terrible fit. Over spray all over our vehicle.Accident was on front passenger side of vehicle. They moved parts on the undamaged side " driver side " to try and make it look the same as the passenger side. When asked , they said they didn't move parts on the good side to match the damage side. They said NO. Liars, we took pictures of their unsatisfactory work each time.This was over a two month period.Within that time period we returned two rentals & then my wife & I decided not to bother with rentals.We were tired of Carstar telling us our vehicle was ready,returning the rentals to be disappointed once again that our vehicle was't ready.Very displeased we put a complaint in with our insurance company & our vehicle was then taken to another preferred repair shop where their shady workmanship was rectified.Stay away from this shop!!!
