Joyce and the team at Packing House Self Storage are absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. The facility is spotless, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff go out of their way to make the entire process easy and stress-free. Joyce’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference and truly set this place apart from other storage options.

I have nothing but great things to say about Packing House Self Storage and would certainly recommend them to others. Very friendly and accommodating. When I was looking to upgrade to a larger unit I asked them if I could be notified. They called me back as soon as one became available and did not forget to reach out to me. The facility was always clean. I had no issues with the lockers. I would certainly trust storing my items here again in the future.

My husband and I have rented multiple units here over the years, and it’s always been a great experience! The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist when needed. If we need storage again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

It is clean, safe and well managed. The front desk staff have always been super helpful and accommodating. Should the need arise I would store here again.

Having used the storage facility at the Packing House since 2018, I can thoroughly recommend them. The staff (Joyce) is extremely helpful and accommodating and the storage charges are competitive and good value for money.

We needed storage for our belongings until we moved. The service was excellent, the storage secure and our belongings were safe. When we needed one more unit, they had one for us right away. When we no longer needed storage, we got our refund quickly after we dropped off the key. We highly recommend this place.

I have used a number of storage facilities before, but never have I appreciated a storage facility more than Packing House Self Storage. Joyce, on-staff there was so helpful and informative, friendly and cheerful, an absolute pleasure using their services. Access times are some of the best you will find in the industry and the facilities, property, security and storage are all top notch. Would definitely use again, it would be my first choice.
