Wendy Rombough Photography

In November, almost 3 years ago we took our daughters to Wendy Rombough Photography to have Christmas pictures done. We found Wendy based on her terrific website. Subsequently we paid in full for the session and package we ordered as per Wendy's policy. She assured us that our pictures would be ready for Christmas.

Christmas came and went and it took many emails and calls to retrieve part of our package which we received the following March (Merry Christmas!). We still haven't received the DVD of the session pictures which was part of the package and we gave up trying to get it. We did have Christmas Cards made for the following Christmas with a picture - but of course our daughters were over a year younger in the card!

The quality of what we did receive was questionable - while the pictures looked great in the thumbnails - when they were printed the larger portraits were extremely blurry. I haven't taken them out of the cardboard since. Oh yes, we paid around 2K this. A very bad experience for our family.
